How To Set Up Clinics With Patient Juan

During your sign-up process, you will be required to create your first clinic. However, many doctors often practice in more than one clinic.

To create additional clinics, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Opening Clinic Settings

On Patient Juan™’s top bar, click your name or profile picture at the upper right section of the screen. This will open a dropdown of options for you. Click the “My Clinics” button.

Step 2: Adding a New Clinic

Now that you’re in the Clinics section, you can view all the clinics you’re currently a member of. To add a clinic, click on the “+” button at the upper right corner of the Clinics section.

Step 3: Filling Out the Fields

In the Add Clinic window, input your new clinic’s name, telephone number, mobile number, and address in the fields provided. 

Tick the “Virtual Clinic” checkbox if your clinic has no physical location. This action will hide the address field from the form. 

Step 5: Adding Clinic Schedule

Add the clinic schedule of your new clinic. Clicks the “+Add” button on the Clinic Schedule Section. This will open a window where you can select a specific day of the week when your clinic is open.

Step 6: Adding Clinic Time

After selecting a day, you can now enter your clinic’s opening time and closing time for that day. You also have the option to select “All Day” if your clinic operates from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM for that day.

Do these steps until you complete your clinic schedule for a whole week. Then, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the window.

Congratulations! You now have a new clinic under your Patient Juan Account.
