Prescriptions Report

The Prescription report shows the total quantity the doctor has prescribed for a particular drug. This report disregards information entered using the form builders.

Below the bar graph is a table listing all drugs prescribed during the set period. It shows the generic formulation, brand, type, and quantity of the drug.

You can download this report in a CSV format by clicking the download button beside the generate button.

The default period for the report is the current month. However, you can easily change the reporting period by selecting a start date and an end date and clicking the “Generate” button.
