Using The Diagnosis Step In the Consultation Proper

Step 1:  Diagnosis

In the Diagnosis stage, it comprises the following fields: Diagnosis, 1st Case Rate Code and 2nd Case Rate Code.

Step 2: Fill out Required Field

The Diagnosis field is a required field which if not filled out, it will appear in red, and a warning will display.

Step 3: PhilHealth Case Rate Code

The 1st Case Rate Code and 2nd Case Rate Code are based on the PhilHealth Claim Form. This encompasses all the case rate codes regarding the form.

These are only necessary when the patient is covered by PhilHealth.

Step 4: Proceed to Next Stage

After filling out the necessary information in the respective fields, you can proceed to the next step by clicking the “Next” button on the bottom right corner of the screen.
