How To Add HMO Providers With Patient Juan

Health Maintenance Organizations provide health insurance coverage to patients. To add your covered HMO providers to your profile, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Sign In to Patient Juan

Sign in to your Patient Juan™ account and select any clinic you have.

Step 2: Open Your Profile Settings

On Patient Juan™’s top bar, click your name or profile picture at the upper right section of the screen. This will open a dropdown of options for you. Click the “Settings” button.

Step 3: Open the HMOs Settings

On the side-navigation bar of the Settings window, under the “Account” category, click the “HMOs” Button. This will show you a list of your existing HMOs.

Step 4: Select or Input an HMO

On the HMO input field, type the name of your preferred provider. A list of suggested HMOs will then be shown. From those, you could select an HMO or type their full name before clicking the “Add” button.

Step 5: Confirm Your New HMO

After clicking the “Add” button, a confirmation dialog will open. Click “Add” again. Your new provider will now be added to your list of HMOs.

You can now add your HMO coverage and copay rates in your Billable Items and Packages Settings.
